M4R Squadra Corse, since 2020.

We are an italian esport scuderia with many virtual drivers playing on the most important driving simulation games 
like Assetto Corsa Competizione and Reensport. Our team has the opportunity to get into Simracing for fun and also for competitive porpouse.
Our team structure is based on a full complete organigramm with many roles in order to grout all the activities required to be an efficient scuderia.
You can find team managers; administrators, team leader; drive coaches and engineers.
During the year our engineers follow specific training courses in order to improve the efficiency of our setups and transfer techniques and methodologies to our drivers during internal coaching sessions.
The competitive part of our team has three different categories such as AM; PRO AM and PRO; dipending on drivers exeprience, skills and overall performances.
In the last 3 years our drivers have won several Italian and European championships and it is our intention to participate in major international competitions in the future.
